OpenGlob Briefs is a connected tool designed to deliver clarity at the speed of thought. It takes scattered ideas, raw meeting notes, or long documents and instantly transforms them into structured, actionable insights using enterprise AI.

Unlike traditional word processors that encourage endless formatting, Briefs forces a clean, professional structure consisting of the core concept, its impact, its mechanics, and key takeaways.

Core Features

1. AI-Powered Structure

Briefs uses advanced AI to instantly extract meaning from chaos. You can upload documents (PDF, TXT, CSV, or MD) or paste rough text directly into the system. The AI will automatically generate a highly readable document divided into strict categories: Title, What, Why, How, and Key Points.

2. Notion-Style Editor

For those who prefer manual control, Briefs features a distraction-free, block-based editor. You can start from a blank template or seamlessly polish the results generated by the AI.

3. OpenGlob POS Engine (Offline Support)

Keep working even when you drop your connection. OpenGlob Briefs utilizes the Persistent Offline Sync (POS) Engine. Your drafts are saved locally to your device instantly as you type. When you are back online, you can explicitly push your work to the OpenGlob Cloud.

4. Instant Public Sharing

Once saved to the cloud, every brief can become a beautiful, read-only public page. You can copy the unique link and share it to align your entire team in seconds.

Plan Limits & Usage

To ensure stability during the Beta phase, OpenGlob Briefs enforces daily usage limits linked to your OpenGlob SSO account.

  • AI Generation: Free accounts have a daily limit for AI-generated briefs.
  • Manual Creation: Free accounts have a separate daily limit for manually typed briefs.
  • Storage Limit: Your account can store a maximum number of active briefs at any given time (up to 50 on the free/basic tier). You can delete old briefs to free up storage space.

All limits automatically reset daily.
